Pardeeville Boys Club Minutes
February 28, 2006
The meeting was called to order at 6:00pm by President, Russ Knutson. Those in attendance were, Russ Knutson, Charlie Curtis, Chris Johnson, Chad Hoff and Noah Schmidt.
Old Business:
2005-2006 Basketball Season has just about come to an end for this year. The season seemed to go well. Some changes that we will be looking into for next year are:
Expanding the number of tournaments per team paid for by the Club.
Having a second Club Tournament; possibly 7th & 8th grade tournament.
Paying for officials for all games not just the tournament.
There was nothing new to report on the High School gym floor issue. As far as the lights in the High School gym, it looks like they have either been fixed or replaced. The lighting seems better in gym.
New Business:
Basketball Banquet is going to be Monday, March 13th from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. It will be held in the High School Cafeteria. The Banquet is for all teams 4th – 8th and Young Bulldogs. Plates, silverware and napkins will be provided along with drinks. Each family is asked to bring a dish to pass.
First Letter of your Last Name:
A – G Hot Dishes
H – O Desserts
P – Z Salads
Voting of the new Officers will take place at this Banquet. If you are unable to make the Banquet but would like a position on the Board please contact Russ Knutson at 429-3977.
2006 Football Season:
Boys Club will be upgrading 25 helmets again this year. The Club is also going to be looking into purchasing new football pants for the upcoming season
Meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting is set for Wednesday, April 5th at 6:00pm in Phil Kamrath’s room at the High School.
